Perfumes have always played a big part in the expansion of the Lalique Company.Coty commissioned their early perfume bottles and these were so avidly collected that Rene Lalique had to open a new factory to satisfy the demand.from all the other perfumiers who wanted Lalique desiged for their own fragrances.
Lalique still held onto his mainstay of jewellery however and the jewelery side flourished.
